FAQ
How long do they last?
Infills for lash extensions are recommended every 2-3 weeks depending on your natural lash health, life-style & personal preference.
Do I need to buy a lash cleanser?
Cleaning your extensions daily is super important to keep your retention on point!
Not only does cleaning them revive them and make them super fluffy again it also ensures we aren't attracting a build-up of lash mites (Blepharitis).
Retailed in the salon for $25
Are there any things I shouldn’t use before my treatment?
We recommend that you come make-up free to your appointments to ensure maximum retention - a complimentary lash bath is included before every service but mascara is a pesky make-up product that sometimes does not want to budge!
I've had a reaction to lash extensions before do I need a patch test?
A patch test is always recommended before any service.
We will place a few extensions on the outer corner of the eye and wait 48 hours, if no reaction occurs the service can be completed.
Im not sure what will suit me what do I book in for?
Our therapists are always open to chatting about your needs & goals!
A DM can be sent to any of our socials, alternatively, if your wanting to secure your time slot - Book that appointment & in your thorough consult we can adjust your booking if need be.
How long does this service take?
Eyelash extensions typically take 1.5 - 2 hours for a full set.
Infills can take 1 - 1.5 hours.
Times may vary depending on which therapist you see.
How do I take care of my extensions?
We recommend cleansing your lashes daily, one eye at a time apply 1-2 pumps of the lash cleanser after thoroughly shaking the bottle.
Use a designated cleansing brush to gently clean the extensions, follow up with water & dab dry with a towel. We also recommend purchasing a mini lash fan to fluff your lashes back out to perfection.
